Digital Products — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a digital product (template, ebook, course, download or other digital file) does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, email akoshner@gmail.com from the email address used at checkout and include your order number. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. Once a refund is issued, your license to use the digital product ends and you must delete all copies.
Physical Goods — 30-Day Returns
Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are unused, in their original condition and original packaging. To start a return, email akoshner@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return; we will reply with return instructions. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover return shipping or send a replacement at our expense. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item, less any original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Non-Refundable Items
Unless required by law, the following are not eligible for refund: purchases made more than 30 days ago, gift cards, and items marked as final sale. Subscription or membership fees already billed for a period in which the service was accessible are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received an approved refund within 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer, then contact us at akoshner@gmail.com and we will investigate.
